A rental company that advertises its services as a car leasing company has received a government grant to help it promote its service.
The grant is part of the federal Small Business Investment Research (SBIR) program, which is designed to encourage businesses to invest in research and development.SBIr grants are a part of a larger federal program that provides loans and grants for small businesses to expand their operations.
That money is used to pay for research and develop new products and services.
The money also allows companies to hire more people, which in turn helps boost their profits.
The SBIR grants are the largest portion of the government’s $1.4 trillion small business development fund, which has been expanded to $2.4 billion over the last five years.
The company, which calls itself “Car Rental”, was started in January 2018 in Dallas by Matt LeBlanc, a former employee of AutoNation who is now its CEO.
The company advertises that it has thousands of cars available for lease, and offers to pay the entire cost of the vehicle if you sign a lease agreement.
The business advertises a rental car as an investment that could boost profits and save the company money.
The rental car company uses the U, S, and M, or Small Business, to refer to the U., S, or M program, and says that if it were to fail, the government could get involved.
The government grants are supposed to help companies grow, expand, and hire more employees, according to the Federal Communications Commission.
The grants are designed to promote the viability of new businesses.
According to the company, the grants are available to any business that has a revenue goal of $10 million or more for the first three years of the grant.
The business can then use the money to hire an employee or to expand its business.
The grants are paid out in quarterly installments, and can be used up to six times.
According the company’s website, the money goes to “companies that want to hire or expand their employees, invest in equipment, expand production, expand operations, and invest in new products.”
“Car Renter” uses the name “Car Rentals” in an effort to show its business model, and has posted ads on local websites in hopes of drawing more customers.
“Car Rental” says it has over 1,000 members who are paying $1,500 for a car.
The program has been controversial.
Last month, an appeals court sided with the federal government in a case brought by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which argued that the government had no legal authority to fund Car Renter.
In a recent opinion, Judge Michael Morrisey ruled that the SBIr grant should be rejected.
In his ruling, Morriseys noted that Car Rentals had “taken the position that the grant is directed to its business plan and therefore is not subject to review by the Federal Circuit or other Federal courts.”
In addition, he added that “the SBIrs grants do not address any of the claims of the plaintiffs, and therefore are in conflict with Plaintiffs’ First Amendment rights.”
The decision came as a surprise to many of the business owners who filed the lawsuit, according a statement by the ACLU.
“This is a bad decision that puts an end to the federal program,” the ACLU wrote in a statement.
“The federal government should not be funding this kind of business,” Car Renters spokesman Jeff Johnson said.
“They are giving a business a green light to make millions off the backs of thousands of American citizens.”
The government has said it will continue to use the program to fund projects that support small businesses.
