Detroit, Mich.

— A grand rental company is closing its doors after failing to meet expectations with customers and customers leaving.

Grand Rent is a company that leases cars and vans in Detroit.

Its website says it offers leasing options for people who can’t afford to rent cars and trucks.

But in an email to employees, CEO Bill Raskulinecz said the company is shutting down.

“We have learned that we cannot continue to operate as we do and are currently in the process of closing Grand Rent Detroit,” Raskuls wrote.

The company’s website says the company was founded in 2009 by Bob and Mary Raskulles.

They bought the building in 2010.

A statement from the company said, “We believe that the best way to ensure the continued viability of Grand Rent is to close Grand Rent today.”
